CLASSES

Power Barre

A strong, high energy take on barre. This fun and firey full-body workout will keep you moving to the beat, while sculpting and strengthening every muscle! Using small, isometric movements combined with larger controlled movements and light weights, this class is designed to take you to muscle failure—because that is where the magic happens! Not only will you build strength and endurance, you will also raise your anabolic heart rate, boosting metabolism and unlocking muscle toning benefits long after the class ends. Designed for all skill levels, this class will leave you feeling empowered, strong, and completely revitalized!

Fire and Flow

COMING SOON!! Sculpt, strengthen, and stabilize. This class will have you flowing through sequences of barre and Pilates movements, incorporating weights to sculpt and strengthen. Each movement builds upon the last, creating a progressive, full-body workout that enhances stability, strength, and endurance. With a focus on mind-body connection, you will flow with control and precision, perfecting your form and building strength both inside and out. This class is designed to challenge, energize, and empower, leaving you feeling strong, centered, and perfectly in sync! Not for beginners.
